This checklist includes most areas in your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and other living areas. Items not included in the list below can be added to your post construction home cleaning service appointment using the Special Requests Picklist.

Kitchen

      > Countertops and shelves dusted and/or wiped
      > Sinks and backsplash washed
      > Windows inside cleaned
      > Appliance exteriors cleaned
      (stovetop, oven, range hood, fridge, microwave, dishwasher)
      > Small appliances wiped (microwave, toaster, coffee maker)
